Terms of service

Service. Wellworn provides verdicts, traps, skills, and catalog data to coding agents and people through an MCP server and this website. Free tiers are subject to the published rate limits; paid plans are subject to the caps on the pricing page.

Accuracy. Verdicts are opinions verified by named reviewers on the dates shown. They can be wrong or become stale. You remain responsible for what you ship. Wellworn is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use. Do not circumvent rate limits, resell access, scrape the MCP at volume, or submit traps you know to be false.

Content licenses. Verdicts are licensed CC BY-SA 4.0; the server, plugin, and skills are MIT; the spec is CC0. Catalog rows derived from awesome-selfhosted carry CC BY-SA 3.0 attribution. Submissions you make are licensed to Wellworn under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, tax, invoices, and refunds follow Paddle's buyer terms and our refund policy: fourteen days, no reason needed, on any plan payment or credit pack.

Termination. You may stop at any time. Wellworn may suspend keys that violate these terms, with notice by email.

Changes. Material changes are announced on the changelog at least fourteen days before they take effect.
